Why this exists
Built by someone who's done the 60-hour week.
Kris started his own bookkeeping practice in 2009 with no real playbook and no safety net. It worked, technically — the invoices went out, the clients stuck around. The hours didn't add up to a life, though.
Fixing that meant sacking the clients who weren't worth it, rebuilding the pricing from scratch, and running the practice on systems instead of adrenaline.
Bookkeepers Alliance is that rebuild, packaged up for the next bookkeeper working evenings they shouldn't have to.
